Day 01 · Rishikesh
- Day 01
Delhi to Rishikesh
Drive up from Delhi through the morning, reaching Rishikesh by afternoon. Settle in by the river and walk to Triveni Ghat for the evening aarti.
About six hours from Delhi by road; a Volvo to Rishikesh is the alternative.
- Day 02
Rafting from Shivpuri
Drive up to Shivpuri for a 16 km rafting stretch back to Rishikesh. The afternoon is on the Laxman Jhula side, with cafes and the bridge.
Grade II-III rapids. Carry a waterproof pouch; you will get wet.
- Day 03
Waterfall and the drive back
An early walk to a nearby waterfall and breakfast by the river, then the drive back to Delhi.
Leave by early afternoon to reach Delhi the same evening.
